    Device features:

    1. The 1.4530-3 model is characterized by its use of three-mold technology: it employs a single-molding die with a reverse-suction slurry method, ensuring uniform vacuum suction of the slurry. This design requires smaller mold dimensions, fewer molds, and lower mold costs, making it highly suitable for small-batch production and product prototyping. At the same time, it also boasts strong mass-production capabilities. The wet坯 of the product is automatically transferred within the mold itself; when paired with a conveyor belt, one operator can simultaneously run up to six machines, effectively reducing labor costs in production.

    2. When paired with our company’s integrated automatic pulping and slurry supply machine, this system can simultaneously supply six machines. Combined with an automated edge-cutting robot, only three operators are needed per shift.
